What does the add-in do?

It turns spreadsheet rows into Dayforce-compliant XML import files, validates them against the Dayforce import schemas, and lets you download the result. Everything runs inside Excel.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your spreadsheet content and any employee data never leave Excel — the add-in builds and validates the XML locally on your device and delivers it to you by download only. There is no sign-in, no account, and no contact form: the add-in sends us nothing at all, and once it has loaded it works with no internet connection. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Which versions of Excel are supported?

Excel on the web, Excel on Windows (Microsoft 365, and Excel 2016 or later), and Excel on Mac (Microsoft 365, and Excel 2016 or later).

How do I install it?

Once it is listed in the Microsoft store, you can add it from Excel via Insert → Get Add-ins. If your Asterion contact provided a manifest file, you can also sideload it — email us and we'll walk you through it.
